Oftentimes, basic needs like transportation or lack of childcare stand in the way of a breast cancer patient getting the care she needs. Since 2000, the AVONCares Program at CancerCare has provided more than 85,000 women and men with financial assistance, counseling and referrals to access care. We also fund organizations that provide palliative/integrative care to help heal the body so patients can experience a better quality of life and continue treatment.
